Q1: What are the advantages of the
ICSE Board followed by the school?
a.The students get an indepth knowledge
of all subjects especially the languages. ICSE lays great
emphasis on English language. Its English curriculum is
far better than other boards with Shakespeare, Milton,
Shaw, Tennyson and Shelley forming in intrinsic part and
there is also a separate paper for English Language.
b.The students get a benefit of 5% as compared to
CBSE students during admission.
c.It provides an option to choose the stream right
from class 9, which helps the students to be better
prepared for their future careers.
d.20 marks out of 100 are based on the skills of
the students such as behaviour, interpersonal, creative
thinking and decision making.

benefit in future?
The students have the option of choosing their
stream of study right from class 9, helping them to focus
on the subjects of their choice and interest.

a.The school aims at making quality
education affordable to the general masses.
b.JPS has been broadening its horizons by giving
opportunities to students for cross-country cultural

a.Jiva has a unique concept of making the
students sit in circles and involving them in a variety of
activities (at least 15 different kinds of activities are
a part of their curriculum) conducted everyday to teach
the subjects.

integrates education with technology.
c.JPS provides the teachers with world class teaching

d.We offer all possible opportunities to both

studets to wear helmets while riding bicycles and impart a
value-based education in tune with the latest trends in

a.Jiva’s concept of activity based
learning is way ahead of the contemporary systems of
education in India. We teach the students to have a real
life experience through the learning aquired, think
creatively and critically, and then carry out experiments
or implement their ideas to construct something new for
